Due to ongoing growth, there are three immediate temp to perm opportunities available with a stable, lifestyle-friendly Monday-to-Friday schedule offering consistent weekly hours, either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the welcoming and professional face of the company for commercial retail partners. This is a dynamic, high-volume environment where you will manage regular inbound and outbound phone and email communication. Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial Client Support: Serve as a dedicated point of contact for retail partners, providing helpful, solution-focused assistance over the phone and via email.
• Order Management: Accurately enter and process commercial customer orders into internal systems, ensuring precision and efficiency during peak distribution times.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Investigate queries regarding stock and logistics, partnering closely with warehouse and transport teams to deliver rapid solutions.
• Claims Resolution: Efficiently manage transit discrepancies and delivery claims, tracking issues through to a positive customer outcome.
• System Optimisation: Utilise advanced CRM software (such as Salesforce) and Excel to manage client data and maintain highly accurate account logs.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong Customer Service Background: Prior experience in a fast-paced, phone-based environment such as a contact centre, order-processing desk, or logistics support unit.
• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working with spreadsheets in Excel (basic data entry and sorting) and navigating CRM databases.
• Organization & Multitasking: Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to stay structured and prioritise effectively under daily cut-off pressures.
• Team-First Mindset: A proactive, positive attitude with a genuine desire to support your colleagues and contribute to a vibrant workspace.
• Backgrounds in FMCG, logistics, supply chain, or retail are highly regarded, but not mandatory.
